1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YiXiang (available at yixiang.polsia.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses any feature of YiXiang, including free previews, paid unlocks, and subscription features.

2. Service Description

YiXiang is an AI-powered platform that delivers personality insights, I Ching divination readings, and facial feature interpretations rooted in Eastern philosophical traditions.

All readings are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment purposes only. YiXiang is not a professional counseling service, medical service, psychological service, or financial advisory service. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional advice of any kind.

3. Entertainment Purpose

All face readings, I Ching divination results, personality analyses, and any other content generated by YiXiang are intended solely for entertainment and personal reflection. We do not claim to predict the future, guarantee accuracy of any kind, or provide scientifically validated analysis.

Eastern physiognomy and I Ching traditions are presented as cultural and philosophical frameworks — not as empirically proven systems. Users should not make significant life decisions based on YiXiang readings. We expressly disclaim any responsibility for decisions made in reliance on our content.

4. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create a YiXiang account.

The face reading feature, which involves uploading photos for analysis, requires users to be at least 18 years old. By using the face reading feature, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

If we become aware that a user under the minimum applicable age has created an account or is using age-restricted features, we will terminate that account without notice.

5. User Conduct

By using YiXiang, you agree not to:

Upload photos of other people without their explicit, informed consent. Only upload your own photo, or a photo of someone who has clearly agreed to have their image analyzed by an AI service.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, or extract content from YiXiang in bulk.
Attempt to circumvent, bypass, or otherwise defeat payment gates, feature locks, or subscription checks.
Abuse, harass, or threaten YiXiang staff or other users.
Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract YiXiang's AI models or proprietary systems.

Violations of these conduct rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated readings, interpretations, text, and other content produced by YiXiang's systems are owned by YiXiang. You may save or share readings for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, sell, or redistribute YiXiang-generated content at scale.

Photos you upload for face reading remain your property. YiXiang does not retain your uploaded photos after the reading is complete — images are processed in real time and deleted immediately. We do not store, train on, or share your photos with third parties.

The YiXiang name, logo, and brand assets are proprietary. You may not use them without written permission.

7. Account Termination

YiXiang reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at its sole discretion, for violations of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or any conduct that we determine to be harmful to YiXiang or its users.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting yixiang@polsia.app. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in the Refund Policy below.

8. Refund Policy

We offer the following refund terms based on purchase type:

Single Unlock
($2.99)

No refunds. AI-generated reading content is delivered immediately upon payment. Because the content has been produced and delivered, all single-unlock purchases are final.

Monthly Plan
($8.99/mo)

Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. The current period is non-refundable. Cancellation prevents renewal — you will not be charged for the next period.

Annual Plan
($59/yr)

Full refund available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet used any deep-feature readings (detailed face analysis or full I Ching unlock). After 14 days, or after deep features have been used, the annual subscription is non-refundable.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

YiXiang is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reading, interpretation, or other content generated by the service. Results are produced by AI systems and may vary between sessions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YiXiang and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

This includes, without limitation, any decisions made — financial, personal, medical, or otherwise — based on readings or interpretations provided by YiXiang. You use the service at your own risk and accept sole responsibility for any consequences that follow from acting on AI-generated content.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to YiXiang in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of YiXiang after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the service and may request account deletion.
